Poor maintenance, takes them forever to finish repairs and when they do its just a band aid.
My husband and I just moved to Dallas in February and we've absolutely loved living at Thousand Oaks! We are incredibly happy here and the office staff has always been very friendly and helpful. :)
I like the apartments, need a lot more TLC on the walls and floors. Special this faux wood. (Floor wall paper) But the Maintenance and Customer service is the worst... Exception to 1-3 reps.
