William from Flat Fee Florida Realty was outstanding. He sold our Hollywood home for the price we wanted and, because of his flat fee, we saved tens of thousands of dollars. On top of that, he did more than most commission-based realtors — he took photos, listed the property everywhere, held open houses, and was always available and responsive. It makes no sense to pay a huge commission when William gives better service for a flat rate, no matter the sale price. Highly recommend him.
William was great to work with—communicative, responsive, and always on top of everything needed to sell our house.
