The technician came when he said would and performed his tasks very well. No complaints.
Their sales person thoroughly evaluated our house and duct work, and offered a variety of heat/air system options for us. He also gave us advice about managing airflow thru our ducts depending on the season. Work was done as promised. When a minor extension proved to be needed on my exterior exhaust vent, they came the next day as promised to complete the job. I have used Flame exclusively for my home heating and cooling needs for years. Several years ago, our boiler needed to be replaced and during this hot July, our 17 year old air conditioning system also required replacement. From the technician, Lewis, who gave me the bad news to Tom, the sales man, who explained our options and finally, the installers-\-\all were wonderful. I have the Gold Plan, with 2x/year tune ups. This morning, Will was prompt and full of energy at 8 am and arrived with mask on. Last year, refrigerant was needed, but not this year, so it's a good sign there are no leaks. Will was courteous, informative, and encouraging.
