We had called them twice in March at the beginning of the crisis as our furnace had gone out. They were swift, professional and kind each time. Then in July our power went out and when it came back on, we had no AC. They recently installed a newer and more efficient furnace and AC unit in one day. Again, they were very professional every step of the way. We are very satisfied and I would absolutely give them the highest recommendation!
We have always been very satisfied with Flame Heating and Cooling. I appreciate that they call ahead of your appointment to let you know that their service person has been dispatched. They also text you a picture of the service person who will be doing the work. We very much appreciate that! Our service person, Brandon, was on time and very efficient. Very thorough, personable and left nothing behind. We highly recommend Flame Heating and Cooling!

Wonderful experience !!! the crew was here at exactly 730 as they said they would be. They were all considerate of my home and my pets. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything I needed to know about thermostat & filter. They even showed me the work they did up in the attic to make sure I was happy with everything and the way it flowed. They left my utility room absolutely spotless. Would recommend this crew from Flame Furnace to anyone. Thank you guys you made it a very enjoyable day.

At first I was disappointed because they had my original time wrong so I had to reschedule for the following Saturday. The technician came out and did the inspection which went fine. Only drawback was I was promised a free filter which the technician did not have the size I needed and he had no mask. I would give the a 3 out of 5.
