Bought a used car from them, found out that the bumper was cracked, was told it was our problem, but they would split the cost of the repair. Now cannot get a hold of the sales manager.

This dealer is dishonest and more interested in making a quick buck than treating customers fairly. We bought a car new from them, it had a known defect which they attempted to conceal and then tried to take advantage of us at every opportunity. A really gross experience through and through. We went from intending to trade in our Forester for a new Ascent to being confident we will never buy a Subaru or set foot in this dealership again.
