Been buying used vehicles for over 20 years. This is the first dealership who refuses to help with missing items. During the purchase I let them know the front passenger side was missing the “all weather” floor mat. They said they would take care of it. 7 weeks later they don’t even know what I’m talking about. Then the kicker, getting a flat tire out in the boonies. Well guess what, no tire iron and no Jack. Paid a hefty bill to get the spare replaced. Had a recall done in the service dept. Next day battery dead because something was running or draining the battery Had to buy a battery charger and cables to start my outback Drove to calif and took to another dealer to find out the recall was done improperly and found other damaged parts. They had to replace the battery and redo the recall again. Called flagstaff Dealer to tell them and no response. Sent in survey and went online with no response from anybody. Seriously not right.
Always great service and short waits. Bernie is friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Everyone here is great. I work with Ryan to get me car fixed. He's super nice and understanding. He always makes you feel welcomed.
Dishonest-I am sorry I did business with this dealer. They will not honor the terms that both parties agreed to. They will tell you anything you want to hear to make a sale. Beware!
Excellent salespeople and finance people. They made our car purchase simple and fast. Thank you's to Ron, Steve and Adam. All of you made the purchasing process easy for us and it was nice not having to spend an entire day to purchase a vehicle.😀😀
