My family and I walked in to test drive a vehicle today and were refused that service! Who gets refused to test drive a vehicle?! The unfortunate thing for them is that we were cash paying customers. Please do not buy a car here. Go to Phoenix were the selection and customer service is better!
I like the customer service at this dealership. They explain all that is being done and why it is necessary. Karen Stanley a Service Advisor, is bubbly and cheerful and makes you feel welcome and valued.

Oil changes should not take all day! We have a Nissan, dropped it off at noon for an oil change...husband showed up at 5 pm...not done. Finally done at 6 pm. This is downright inexcusable! The problem...happens EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. We have to get an oil change! Guess it's time to start looking at jiffy lube or somewhere else in town. If an appointment is at noon, it should be done by 5 pm! Stop wasting everyone's time!
I purchased a used vehicle from this location in February 2015 and the salesman that I dealt with was unprofessional and threatened to repossess my car due to my billing address. I will never purchase a vehicle from this location ever again due to the unneeded stress and frustration that they caused.
