I was extremely pleased with how nice and efficient the staff are. They were quick and simple and right to the point. They made sure if we needed anything, we got it. Definitely a place I will refer to many!

Had a problem with one of the sales associate, and no I am not a Nissan customer. But my husband happen to be. What I didn't appove of is when a sale associate happened to get to close to her customer. So please be aware of her. A total unprofessional sales associate. I wouldn't refer her to anything.
Purchasing a vehicle from the team at Flagstaff Subaru has easily been the best car buying experience I've ever had. Grant was extremely responsive and informative, Brad in Finance was the same, John, the GM, personally delivered our vehicle and we couldn't be happier. Gen Mgr John McLaughlin stepped in to solve a problem for me with my tires that looked like it could void my warranty. I am so impressed. He listened, he researched the problem and he went above and beyond to replace my tires. Even gave me a big break on the price.I Am a very happy customer!
