We have been without heat for a week. We have emailed many many times and called every number we have for this company and left many voicemails and no answer. We will be contacting an attorney to see how we can proceed
The folks here at 5 star treated me like a human being and not another number. As a tentant, I received excellent service and Amy property problems I had were promptly addressed and rectified. I'm a new homeowner now, and greatly appreciate the experience I had renting.
