I got the car but they never told me it had so many problems .. The heater doesn't work .. I love the car don't get my wrong but it doesn't get warm .. after getting it I had to pay 485.00 just to get everything fixed

Items on the car that were advertised in the description we're not available on the vehicle at all and when asked about it their answer was they "weren't on the vehicle when we got it" "you can find it on eBay". Then when I asked about the check engine light they told me they didn't know anything about it, but sitting on the seat was a printer paper downloaded from the internet on how to fix a knock sensor..... Too many red flags for this dealership.

we take our vehicles to a service shop once they come in, there is a possibility that the knock sensor could have been for that vehicle and they forgot to install it and brought it to the dealership. the sales people are not mechanics so therefore they do not know anything about check engine lights, they just call it in and have the mechanics take care of the issue from there.. thanks
