I drove from Slidell to Alexandria under the impression that a one year warranty was included with my vehicle. Once I paid the deAler informed me that the warranty would be an extra $60 a month and I could come back and get it another time. When I left the lot on the way home the check engine light came on. The vehicle was purchased 2 months ago, the vehicle was a 2011 Cadillac Escalade hybrid. The customer called us a week ago stating that the hybrid battery was bad, we offered to assist him if he brought the vehicle to our shop but he refused and took the vehicle somewhere else then called us stating that the vehicle needs an engine because of one cylinder misfire.
