This is my second shower replacement because I have been so happy with the first! As expected everyone was great! Communication of the reschedule due to the ice storm was quick. The crew was FANTASTIC! I still highly recommend!!
Working with Five Star was a really great experience. From the initial contact and sales rep who came out for a quote to the excellent communication with the office and installers, it was very professional. It was also amazing that on the day of installation, the crew was able to do both of our bathrooms. One was a total remodel and the other, totally replacing the large shower. After deciding to replace our tub for a walk-in shower for safer access and use while showering we choose FIVE STAR BATH SOLUTIONS and have not regretted it. Everything was handled very professionally, from getting the quote to having the project completed. Installers were in our home for around 5 hours, which included setup, install and clean up. The shower is everything we expected and more I Would recommend them to anyone looking to up grade their bathrooms.
