Last week, I had my tub to shower conversion installed by Five Star. The entire process was great. From Tammie the sales rep to Santana the installer, all I can say is nothing but kindness and great customer service. I am pleased with how my bathroom looks. Everything is new and beautiful. I do wish they would add painting. That way, I do not have to hire someone else to to do it. Maybe in the near future, this would be an addition. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding—they kept me updated every step of the way. The installation itself was top-notch, and the quality of their work really shows. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel.
Not only was my shower replacement done as promised, but Eric & Carlos were respectful of the property & left everything clean & back in place. They did an excellent job & were very professional & cared about their work’
Very painless and straightforward. I was very happy with my experience. Old walk in tub dismantled and removed, replaced with a shower suitable for the handicapped, Started at 9:00am finished at 4:00 pm
