The dealer responded back to me promptly.
They are terrible with customer service. They acted as if they didn’t want to sell the vehicle despite the fact that financing was already in place. After sending notice of my interest in the car, no one contacted me for days and I had to call just be faced with lack luster interest in selling me the car or making this transaction happen. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody!!!!!

I recently purchased my car with this dealer and had a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and did what they could to assit. Prices were fair with grand selection to choose from. I will recommend my family and friends to this dealer.

They are all the same get you to drive 2 hours because they donât answer the dam phone then when you get there the paint on the window says everyone is approved which is bs unless you have the money to buy out right Iâll never recommend anyone to this

But it sounds like this particular time we did not do a good job at that and for this, we apologize. The other part about financing, remember we are in this together and not all the deal can be done based on different credit situationgs
A crammed lot of cars, wasn't able to rest drive the vehicle. I gave the sale person my name phone number and email. Didn't return text, didn't return calls and never emailed me. Never even got to see if I was financially able to buy the vehicle.
Still working with them on my deal. Great company
