I have purchased probably fifty cars in my life. Most of them new. I bought a Ford truck for my son from Five Star and the experience was one of the best. Tirso, Aiman and Albert answered all my questions. The price on the deal was fair, in my estimation they went over and above taking care of my concerns. While my wife was waiting in the lounge, she was asked several times if she was ok and needed anything. Understand folks, these are USED vehicles. They can have hidden issues. After I enquire for this car with a price showing 12.495.00 they call me back and said it was a mistake by them and the car was 2,000 more. For a total of 14995.00 after this I didn't like this approach at all so I didn't pursue anything else with that dealer.

MR. ARNOLD is correct we priced a vehicle for one day by mistake at a 12495 but the realized that it was a mistake and we change the price to 14995 but it was not because of MR. Arnold as a mater of fact we give him a reduced price do to the confution at 13995. We hope MR. Actually I contacted the dealership on Wednesday and someone get back to me not sure if he's the salesman or the OWNER" his name is "J i m" he get back to me and I told him I was interested in the car and I send him my all information and stuff. Friday he told me the owner is not in the dealership that's why we can't work on the number and trading process. All repossessed cars bought at auction, most weren't taken care of before repossession so there's that. The people over value their used cars even with accidents and personal and not professional work done to them and this includes bad paint jobs. I would be scared to have to sink in a ton more money for any car bought here when the prices are already high. JUST STEER CLEAR! Literally. The people are also VERY unfriendly/ argumentative and just want you to finance.
