vehicle I first inquired about had been sold. They directed me to a similar vehicle on their lot but then never answered any follow up questions.
I submitted interest in vehicle and received email it was available. Drove 45 minutes to see vehicle next day and was told it was sold and to sell me other vehicles. Poor salesmanship
I received many phone calls and emails regarding the car I inquired about, and they were pleasant, but I purchased a vechicle elsewhere.

I'll start this review by saying that I'm very experienced at buying, and fixing cars, BMWs in particular, so I knew exactly what I was getting. However, do not expect these guys to tell you if there's anything wrong with a car. I live in NY and found a rare, very specifically optioned BMW, at Five Star that I wanted. It was like pulling teeth to get them to take all the additional pictures of what I wanted, but eventually they did, and everything looked good. The person at the phone was not paying attention to my questions. He ask about my type of payment and when he knew that I'll get my financing with my bank that person cut off the conversation. He told me....."... call you back in 10min...." there is almost a month and I still waiting the call.
Again I don't recall our exact conversation, however, i did mention that I was not interested in the color silver.
