Troubling, as they did not answer my one question, and contacted me via a no-reply eMail address?
said the car was sold they took a deposit on it but its still listed as for sale they also ran my credit and was way off my score was much higher at another dealership ??? and they were willing to work with me this place was a wasted trip into tampa
Drove 1.5 hr to find out that price is not negociable. They won't even tell you that over the phone. Just say if negotiable or not...I think is not a big deal.
They dropped contact after one email...never heard the final reply about making a trade!
The more honest dealer I've ever dealt with ever the car they advertised was actually a real car that they had and not a gimmick like 4 dealers in Naples was luring you in and then saying the car was already sold we are very pleased with this dealership sorry Naples lost money and we took our money to Tampa but got a better deal there 5 star has earned our business we would buy again and send friends there

Yes they called AFTER I had already driven over to there establishment some 35+ miles from my home. Offered $20K for my 2016 VW Golf R w/less than 10K miles on it and loaded - I was done at that point but decided to walk around their lot and low ball them on every car as they did me. The majority of the cars on this lot were auction cars that were poorly taken care of - no wax, clear coat peeling off, door dings, minor damage, and some bald tires.... I would NOT recommend this place, but maybe to my ex mother-in-law!
