Best experience ever in buying a quality used car. A team of great people with excellent customer service. The manager will get you in the car you want by all means. Before you go anywhere else go to 5 Star Auto of Tampa, I promise you won't regret it.
Poor is too kind. We went to look at a $10,500 advertised car. When we sat down to discuss terms, they said $17,400. Then insulted us by saying the advertisement said fees could be added. I see other reviews here with same comments.

Got a call from them about a hour before our scheduled appointment to make sure I was going to be there. I was there within the hour and Jake the salesman told me the car was sold! Drove an hour to the dealership for nothing complete waste of my time.

I bought the car and was treated well in my purchase of the car. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a car.
Called to ask about the frame damage and overall details about the car, I was not able to stop by because I live an hour away. Dealer was rude hanging up the phone because he had a customer, which I could understand. Said he would call back, never did.
