The car I was looking for was sold when I got to the dealer. It was a Lincoln mkt. The lot was dusty and cars was not clean. I never go back.
I did not set up an appointment to see the car, but they reached out to me.

When giving inquiries about the vehicle, they were quick to respond. Helpful about answering questions and giving information. only downside is if you live outside of Detroit it's a little bit of a drive, but a pleasant experience nonetheless.
