I was extremely disappointed with this car lot. The cars were extremely dirty, they weren't willing to negotiate on the price on any of the cars and I was paying cash! The windshield had a crack that isn't shown by the pics, only one headlight, even tho they stated they would repair it I needed a car right then. It's sad that I had to go to a different place, got a great car and an awesome deal. Sharon, the Impala you looked it was a 2010 impala LT fully loaded with 120,000 miles for $3499 on sale!we told you what we had for $3000 (which was your budget) and you got into an argument with the person who you were with and left. You in fact apologized to me for what he did before you left, and said you would be back to test drive it. I am a little confused about the review however. I wanted to trade my 2004 e150 van in for chevy Colorado. So I seen that Five Star had a 2009 Chevy Colorado for sale. I went to look at it and to find out their was so many problems with it. Dashboard lights on rust everywhere on the truck. So I asked what would he give for a trade in on my van he said not much. Two credit unions already placed the valve of the van at $6,000.00. He wasn't even willing to do a trade for it. They won't even do a trade for it. Plus very high mileage on the Colorado for the year.
Good interaction and thorough information provided on vehicle. Was browsing and the representative was very patient with my questions. Plan to return to possibly seal the deal.
