Great food and service. Friendly staff!
Workers just seem like they don’t want to be there. They lack common friendly service etiquette. Barely acknowledging any of the customers and just ignoring them. Burger was also very wet and soggy.
I was really disappointed to stop into one of my fav places and have the experience I had today. While waiting on my own food I saw an employee playing with his dreads (while wearing gloves!) and then put his hand inside the food bag with the same gloves on. Gross! I waited 20 min on my food. I paid for a fountain drink only to discover that every soda was out on both machines. I requested they tend to it and was told just give me 2 minutes. This is a glorified McDonald’s. There shake machine is often broken. I went there on Father’s Day and they ran out of burger buns….. burgers can be very good but you’ll only have a fully operational store about 10% of the time. Five Guys is good but go to a different store.
