Took an hour to receive two burgers during the BOGO sale. Then the burgers were dry and unseasoned…. Horrible experience….
We were really disappointed. We ordered online for pick up at 6 o’clock and didn’t get our food till 622.. candidly it was during them running a special but regardless a 22 minute delay is unacceptable.
I ordered two burgers for me and my coworker my burger was made with out majority of the ingredient’s ordered on it and had added sauce to it. It took forever to be given out as well.
BUYER BEWARE!! I placed an order and paid online this evening for my family -- Bacon Cheeseburger, Hot Dog, Cheese Dog and a large Plain Fries. When I arrived at the store to pick up, I was informed that they did not have any hot dogs. After standing in the order line for a refund, I was told that they would only refund my money for the hot dogs because they had fulfilled my order for the hamburger and fries.
