Used to hate going to the dentist but the people and service here has changed that!
Had the teeth whitening done today. Very happy with results. Did it 10 years ago and got updated today.

It had been awhile since i have been to the dentist and when i came here i was alittle apprehensive. Five forks dental made me feel at ease and got me on a treatment plan to get back on track with my cleanings .they made me feel very relaxed and were very nice . I would recommend five forks dental.
