Incredible staff, very informative, I would recommend five forks dental to anyone looking for a new dentist!
I requested copies of my medical records, and my request was denied already several times. They are holding my personal medical records against my will. It goes against "The HIPAA Privacy Rule", which states that "The Rule also gives patients rights over their health information, including rights to examine and obtain a copy of their health records, and to request corrections.".
By far the best cleaning I’ve ever had. My hygienist Cheryl was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Dr King and Cheryl were greatl!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would.
I want to take the time to shout out Five Forks Dental Care! Dr. Hapney, Becca, & the entire staff/office have been a breath of fresh air for me; as I have had to have some pretty intense dental work done over these past few months. They’ve listened, treated me like family, and just been a treat. Best place ever!!!!! I usually have severe dislike of the dentist, but I really enjoyed being taken care of by Dr King and her team:) :)
I called hoping for a last minute appointment and Savannah got me worked with no problem. The entire visit better then I expected. The whole staff was helpful and offered solutions to dental needs I’d been living with for many years. I will definitely be back for future needs. Thank you Savannah!
