Free childcare, free classes. I attend classes at both the Reno and Sparks locations with the best teacher...Leilani. i have had a membership for a month and a half and have never felt better.
So far I’m really happy here. They have everything I could possibly need. Yoga instructors are all loves. They are knowledgeable and are always willing to help me modify poses for my old sore joints. I like the pool, the sauna and the spa. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Once in awhile I treat myself to a smoothie and that really makes my day.
