Love the spinning classes. Just wish more were offered and at different times.
I really enjoy there group classes!¡!¡ There kids club is also very awsome my daughter loves it there.
Fitness Connection is a shady gym. When you try to cancel your membership they will give you the complete run around. First its call our third party billing service ABC financial to cancel, then the billing company will say they cant cancel it and to go to the fitness connection website. Then the website will tell you its cancelled and when you think its cancelled they will keep billing you and then send you to collections for a membership you aren't using. Love the size of the floor area.the abundance and variety of equipment. The man to woman ratio is equal and not everyone is sitting there talking about everything in the world. So much better than Carson gyms. We're working out here once a week and look forward to it
It's OK for the monthly fees you pay. The catch is: plan your workout at non peak hrs.
