I would rate 5 starts if they would let Kathy Kennedy teach at least one day a week & let Joy OR Sarah.t)each an additional day. They're amazing! I don't know why they don't ask for client feedback before deciding on temporary/permanent substitutes & making schedule changes. I'd tell you that changing the Wednesday Zumba to CIZE is an awful switch & that not having Kathy at least one day a week messes up my work out days. ]

I love this gym! The staff has been awesome and although initially they had some people that weren't quite as helpful and friendly, their current staff is excellent! Rachel is my favorite employee. She is always full of energy, friendly, and knowledgeable. Having great people like her on staff makes me excited to go to the gym every week and keeps me coming back. Do not join this gym. You will have a horrible, horrible time getting out of the monthly withdrawal even IF you give the proper notice. All they want is your money. Not friendly, old broken down equipment, and did I mention they will create lots of problems for you to stop your monthly withdrawal. Seriously - stay away!

I have been a member of this gym for many years, it was called Gold's Gym before. I love this place, it is clean and organized, kids club is awesome, plenty of equipment for aerobic exercise and weight lifting, and friendly staff. It is a excellent value for what it offers.
