Fitness connection is well known for their bad customer service but the one in Reno is the worse . Employees always look like they hate their job I’m not really sure why are they there . Today I took my daughter who just moved from California and I wanted to get her a membership but I wanted her to check the gym first . The girl at the front desk didn’t let us in telling me that if I didn’t have the VIP membership I couldn’t bring guesses and I totally get it but it’s a one time only . You can't cancel your membership! I have called multiple times, submitted several cancellation requests online, sat on hold to talk to someone for hours before just getting disconnected. I have been trying to cancel my membership for months, but I am still being charged. Do not trust Fitness Connection with your payment info as they will seemingly never stop charging you! This is theft, pure and simple!
