No contract is a lie! Be VERY cautious on what you’re signing! My daughter needed a place to workout while home from college and we were told that we could pay month by month and cancel when done. I was not told verbally about the 60 day cancellation policy! I also questioned the Club Enhancement Fee because of the short period that my daughter would be using their facility and was told they could waive that; it was billed a few days ago! Make sure you read and ask questions!
There no contract is a big lie. If you cancel you have to pay two months worth after. Liars and cheats.
So many things to choose from to do. Great workout. Love the music.
Wish I could put negative stars. 1st I love how outside the building they show “no commitment”, then on the website it shows “1 year commitment”, but somehow I signed for 2 years. The gym offers no sanitizer to clean machines when you are done. Front desk has never been helpful and sometimes has been down right rude which is why I hate coming to this gym. The layout of the gym is not very functional. I could go on but would rather not deal anymore with this place.
Terms seem to strangely change after u sign up. Now u pay additional for access to all 3. Never mentioned this!! Was turned away from gym this morning since i didnt have a signature an additional fee paid!! Nice move!! Not!
Friendly staff, variety of classes and equipment. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the doors. Reasonable price and very clean facilities.
The staff are the ones that make a difference. Love this place.
