Decent gym facility but a terribly run business! We had a two year contract and once the two years were over it has been a nightmare to cancel. We had to pay two months worth of payments just to get it cancelled, two trips to their facility because of mistakes they made. No sincere apologies from the employees even though it was their fault. Love this place!! The staff is great and love fit for life class and body pump !!!
The reason is because we need more people in the Dancefit class at 6:30pm Monday & Wed/Day EVENING 5:15am Tuesday and Thursday. Please please come out and try it..... ❤☺
I was the doctor next door and would work out there during lunch. I moved away and asked to cancel my membership a month before I moved, they said I need a electric bill to prove it. How can I cancel with a 30 day notice when I haven’t even moved yet? They will charge you 2 months after you cancel and will send you to collection if you contest them...they just charged me $182 just so I don’t get my credit affected...if you are looking for a trustworthy business stay away! Awesome gym, great staff, huge variety of equipment. Locker rooms and bathrooms are very nice.
So my daughter's boyfriend was going to college in Fayetteville and joined this gym. At the end of spring semester he moved back to Russellville and let the gym know he was moving back. He has done everything they asked to cancel, he sent transcripts from Arkansas tech saying he is going there, he sent papers from Fayetteville saying he no longer attends , he also sent a rental agreement showing where he lives. Still none of it was enough to cancel. Finally 2 weeks ago he took off of work, and drove all the way to Springdale... read more
