RecommendedCleanest gym in Springdale. They have a ton of hammer strength plate loaded equipment and very spaced out! The people up front were friendly and helped me out greatly.
I love that I can leave my daughter at the daycare and not have to worry about working out as quickly as possible! She loves the play place and the daycare staff.
Love it! And Chris! He was super informative when I went in, answered all my questions and knew what he was talking about! The atmosphere is great and has the right equipment!
The trainers are great! Cool place
Karla and the childcare center staff are probably the best thing about this gym, so if you have young children this is definitely the place to be! Equipment is great too. Need a larger group fitness stage and gym wipes, but really for the cost it's hard to beat.
