Love this gym!!! Everything i was sighning was explained and i recived copies! The facility is very clean an d the staff is wonderful and very helpful!
Fitness 4 Less is Springdale is very shady about the way they do business. A manager went over the monthly fee with me and a friend who was with me then asked me to sign an electronic box but never turned the computer around or gave me paperwork for what I was signing. My friend had been told by another employee it was a no contract gym so it was my understanding I was signing an agreement to pay $35 a month with a one time Initial sign up fee. The facility and equipment are nice I agree with that but you can't get an honest answer that's the same from any two people working there. You have to be careful out there. Thankfully that was clear to me before I signed up so I decided not to. But unfortunately my friend made the mistake of doing it and now she's going around and around trying to figure out how to clearly not get charge for something that she did not agree to pay. Top quality facility with an inexpensive price. You can't beat it. Highly recommend stopping by for a tour if your not a member...yet.
The facility itself is nice. Good equipment and clean. What I don't like is the false advertisement on the $10 a month and "no contract". I signed up a few weeks ago and was told that I needed the $20 a month so I agreed to that and added my wife for another $20 plus $5 for Zumba. So we're looking at $45 a month "no contract" right?!! Wrong!!!! After they ask you to initial here and there I paid $100 processing fee and got an email 2 weeks later stating I had signed a contract for 2 years.
