RecommendedI absolutely LOVE this group of mom's. before I'd go to community events and feel so ALONE. Now, I can't go anywhere without finding someone we know. it feels so good to feel the community of motherhood.
I joined Fit4Mom earlier this year in March and I'm so glad I did! I love coming to class and working out and feeling motivated! My very first class I went to, I made my first friend from the group and we found out we actually live in the same neighborhood, 1 street away from each other! The instructors are great, positive, helpful mama's. My daughter is excited to see her friends at class, and we all enjoy play dates and crafts after class! I have been a member in Memphis for a month and love this program.
I have been attending Fit4Mom classes in Memphis for the past few months, and I am so glad I made the choice to join! The workouts are awesome, and the support from other moms and instructors is sincere and empowering. You won’t regret it!
I recently joined FIT4MOM about 6weeks ago and I love it! My son and I wake up in the morning ready to go work out with all the other mama's! And there is so much to do besides just working out to fit4moms! I wish I would have known about it sooner because being able to work out in our community with a bunch of other mom and kids is really the highlight of my son and I day!
While attending stroller strides classes over the past year I have been empowered by the amazing instructors to reach my fitness goals. But not only did I obtain the goals that I had set, I also became a part of a tribe of mothers and Friends that I will carry with me through life.
