The best kept secret in the NH Lakes Region. Originally Lew Shepard's NAPA, then Robins Auto, Fisher Auto Parts is a Federated jobber. They moved from downtown Franklin to West Franklin a few years ago. I have found the staff to be courteous, knowledgeable and quite helpful with all my automotive parts needs and Federated is a supporter of auto racing on a national level. Good people and good service. In stock parts sometimes limited, but this is common for small-town stores. Special orders and next day delivery (which I've done 4-5 times) is never a problem. Support your local businesses.
Recommended as an alternative to the Big Five parts store chains. The folk here are very friendly, and they respond well to questions. You will find unusual home mechanic tools and items here that are not normally found elsewhere around town. It is also greatly appreciated that they give a discount to the local auto tech class a few blocks away. It helps us afford to fix vehicles that we practice with in our shop.

You can feel the tention between the co workers. You have one guy who steals from the company and they don't know it. He also bad mouth about everyone who works there. Need to get rid of him

Worst Customer Service EVER! Bought a part for my car, they sold me the wrong part. AS i am returning it, The manager says they don't have enough cash to refund. He has an attitude, finally decides to pay me, and then as he completes the paperwork, says, ask HIM (no idea who's he is talking about) if he is ever gonna keep a part? Excuse me i've never bought or returned a part from here until now. He throws the refund at me. As i leave, he screams DONT have a nice day.
