Aris Santo really helped me out this past Saturday at MIDBLOCK condo in Midtown Miami. My bathroom sink faucet lever had snapped off and he installed a new one for me. It’s not just that he replaced an item, he waited for access to my apartment for 2 hours while no one was home, communicating with me in a timely manner until my wife arrived home from work. Saturday at 5PM and I know he wanted to get to his family but insisted on taking care of my family first as I’m a caretaker of my 90 year old Grandma..THANK YOU ARIS!!!!
The First Service team that manages the Midblock condo in Miami is exceptional. Jazmin, Alex, Jacquetta, Johanna, Dairon, Aris and all of the others do a great job managing the building and are friendly and accommodating as well. The building is ALWAYS clean including the hallways, pool, gym and recreational area. The front desk staff do great job keeping the building secure and managing guests coming and going. The community has deteriorated while under First Service Management and this current master board. Pictures taken of the grounds ,buildings, and pool area shows the mismanagement that has taken place. I strongly recommend an independent deep dive investigation .
Awful, ridiculous property management in FL. No one gives a crap that I haven't slept in over 6 weeks because of neighbors. Won't make a simple phone call. Movong out but losing my deposit. I hope the Board fires them!
