Today I called to see if I could get in for an emergency appointment. I was told I could not be seen until June 13th in spite of the need I have to be seen for something that requires immediate attention. When I asked if I could get an interim prescription just to get me through until I could be seen, I was told no. The person never asked a doctor although I explained why I needed the medication. It was not a narcotic or an opioid. Wow now that is quality care

Last night I was stressing about getting my blood drawn for the first time.. Levonne was amazing ! She was able to calm me down and insure me that it’s not so bad .. and it wasn’t ! Thank you for making my first time pain free �
