Today was my first day here, and from start to finish I was treated with such kindness. I really appreciated the Doctor for taking time to see me as I was a walk in, the young lady at reception was fabulous and then I got to meet Lindsey my doctors assistant.. OMG I have never met a nicer assistant in my life, I felt 100% talking about issues I was having with her. As long as I’m in Vegas I will never entrust my care to anyone but the team here!!! Thank you guys
I go to the office on Eastern and I like my doctor Nilda but I absolutely adore her nurse Lindsey she’s so amazing I was having surgery and the day before I realized I hadn’t done everything the surgeon needed and she performed a miracle so I could get everything done and had my surgery...not only that she’s been great every visit I’ve had
A pleasant experience from the moment I walked in. I met with Josie first who explained how the sliding scale works and all the benefits that are offered at FirstMed. She was very personable and answered all my questions. The medical assistant was very nice and helpful. She listened to my concerns and never rushed me. The front office staff greeted me with a smile. My provider, Ida was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. So with that being said high five to FirstMed.
