I have never had a worse experience with a medical establishment in my life. STAY away from them! You don't need to deal with what I've went through. Everyone there, including the higher ups, are incompetent. Even after raising several complaints to the Director of Human resources and the VP of Compliance, the issues were never resolved. Every time I had a visit it was necessary to follow up with a complaint. If you see a therapist don’t go to Diana Payan. She violated the confidentiality of our sessions and first med doesn’t seem to be doing too much about it. I was also told this wasn’t her first offense. Look elsewhere if you don’t want your therapist telling all your business. So unprofessional.

I was seen at Eastern clinic today, I love NP Joanne, she is very approachable and well verse in explaining the disease process, she prescribed me the right medication. She has a good pleasing personality. I find the staff are very warm and approachable. Maricres explained me clearly the simplest form the flow of patient centered care, all of my benefits and will help me to be enrolled in Medicaid. I will refer my friends and family to FirstMed,
