This Hospital is amazing. The staff and Dr's are AMAZING. I had weight loss surgery with Dr Washington and Dr Grantham in March 2018 .I am so grateful that I have no problems. They are excellent at what they do. I'm glad I chose this hospital to care for me. ��
I was referred by a friend to go. The care was less than what I would have received from an urgent care. Just another reason for me not to trust the medical system! All about the $$$. I wish I could walk in a room without performing a service and bill for it! A joke for sure.

My daughter had to have some nuclear med testing today. Jennifer and Cynthia in the imaging registration/waiting area are FABULOUS! They were so friendly, courteous, and more than willing to help EVERYONE. Way to go, ladies. Job well done!
I cannot say enough good things about the staff and treatment I received at FHMRH. The problem comes with patients account. I have been trying to get the bill correct since I went in January. They do not open and or respond to emails posted on Mychart. They do not return calls and if you do get through to a real person, they switch you to someone else, and thus you get their voicemail and then they do not call you back. My husband was discharged today and I have to say I've been in many hospitals with others and myself ... This hospital is exceptional! From doctors to the environmental people! Pleasant and so concerned about each moment you are there. Just amazing and so caring ... Thank you for making "our" stay as pleasant as it could be... A role model hospital from each person I met or even walked by the last few days and nights ...
So far the staff here have been great. My girlfriend was brought by ambulance yesterday after suffering what we believe to be stroke and they have been very helpful.
