My brother is in the hospital because of a motorcycle wreck. His wounds were not attended to 24 hours after he arrived until someone finally put cream and new sling because the old had a lot of dried blood on it. The nurses station music was loud and kept my brother from being able to sleep. He sat in his room for 6 hours without pain medication. When I called to see about my brother's status the lady I spoke with was so rude and condescending. It's bad enough I can't be there like I want because of this coronavirus but to t... read more
