HAD A CLEANING TODAY WHEN SLIGHT MISHAP OCCURED. DR. SAVAS WAS RIGHT THERE ON THE SPOT TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I'VE BEEN LUCKY TO HAVE DR. SAVAS FOR MANY YEARS AND THE PERFECTIONIST WORK THAT HE DOES. A+++
