When we showed up the cashier handled our food after touching cash with her bare hands. Sneezed and didn’t wash. The chicken was kept in the blue tub. God knows how for long. So long story short...I went to Jimmy John’s. Never again will go to this place.
RecommendedUsually get great fast delivery with steaming hot food, this was not the case tonight. They told us 30-40 minutes and a hour and 20 minutes later I had to call. They informed me that they had been busy, ok I get that. When our food arrived it was cold and nasty. I was very disappointed which is not usually the case.

It took an hour and half for our food to arrive. It came cold, and hardly any meat in the house special fried rice. I called to complain. He offered me 35% off my NEXT order. How about you offer a refund or send new hot food? Terrible.
