I felt like MICHAEL HULL was a VERY MISLEADING and an EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATING realtor. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I gave him a referral for an easily 2 million dollar home in a gated community Anaheim Hills. In my opinion he ended up listing and selling WELL under ask, not only that, he told me he would get me a referral gift, a couple weeks later I reached out asking about the gift and he said it was sent and should be there soon. Totally unprofessional. Our rep lied to us and did not know the first thing about marketing. She wasted our time, our money and worst of she abused our trust in her.
Misleading! Team does not enter their vocabulary. Have not seen any evidence of team work, only petty squabling, badmouthing of other agents, total lack of communication. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use First Team. Waste of time and money. Use another agency.
