Attorney Daniel Joseph Wilson asks for a favor from Craig Marson to testify and lie under oath that condo is worth $350,000 when only worth $200,000. Will we be inviting Marson to the District Attorneys Office and Downey's Police Station in our next meeting. Our Real Estate Professionals cannot believe Marson's had no evidence and cannot be based on comparables as they stated he needs to be reported to the BRE. Misleading! Team does not enter their vocabulary. Have not seen any evidence of team work, only petty squabling, badmouthing of other agents, total lack of communication. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use First Team. Waste of time and money. Use another agency.
