Customer service was terrible. It was my first time and my last time. Definitely not the place to attend my burger was burnt and the waiter was very rude. Our adult drinks taste like juice. To others that attend I hope you have a better experience then myself.
We celebrated our birthdays today and our server Collin was absolutely amazing. We had a large party of over 20 people and he made sure that we were taken care of all night.Collin is the BEST.
STAY AWAY!!! DON'T GET TREATED POORLY AND RIPPED OFF My wife and I went in to get a couple of drinks in the early afternoon. The place was almost empty. I ordered a whiskey on the rocks and my wife ordered a Margarita. It took almost 30 minutes to get the drinks (the waitress kept saying that they were understaffed). My wife's Margarita was horrible! My boyfriend and I came in on Tuesday for their 2 dollar tacos and sat on the patio. It took FOREVER for a waitress to even come get a drink order from us. The bartender ended up coming and taking our entire order. She had to ask us 3 times which beers we ordered. We ordered chips and salsa and the salsa was completely room temperature and tasted like it came from a can with absolutely no flavor. They need to stop advertising that they have fish bowl drinks per the waiter Zachary on Saturday, April 23, 2016 he advised they no longer carry those drinks. Take it off your page please.
I just moved here from Michigan and was thinking bout coming this weekend, but all these reviews and the management has yet to reply to any of the comments makes me question, the customer service??......
The food was nasty, and the help was even Bader then the food 1st and last time I ever go spend my money in there.
This place has gone down hill. Me and my family went for a birthday party and the food was horrible and so was the atmosphere. I understand you guys were under construction at the time but it was cold outside....close the door! The only thing that was decent on the menu was the pasta but the three people who ordered it got sick....I was one of them. Never going here again.
Chase is a great boss! Very friendly & considerate. Good bussing server and overall just friendly environment
