Never will we come here ever again. Bathrooms were filthy dirty, tables were dirty and not wiped down, a lot of things we wanted were sold out, food took forever to come out. My husband ordered New York strip medium rare with whole lobster. The streak was cooked well and the lobster looked and overlooked and tasted exactly like rubber. It was very nice �� food was over priced but overall nice and they were having technical difficulties with the equipment with the DJ and my boyfriend went and helped out but other than that it was nice food was good waiter was excellent we went this pass Sunday for the reggae night
Called to reserve a table. Was told he dont do that hang up and text the number i called. Got there was seated. Got menu's and ordered drinks. Drinks had no alcohol in it. When asked she told me she think they were out. Still charged. Placed food orders at 706 at 849 asked about our food waitress gets attitude and say others tickets are in front of ours. This was my first and last time stepping foot in this place. Customer Service sucks and hell for less than 20 people being in there you would expect better. They ignore you when you come in then have the nerve to throw menus at you, I requested a Manager twice they sent a waiter WTH, then when a Manager well supposed to be general Manager Jessica she was full of damn excuses for poor customer service, I said we were leaving she was like oh well, so I took my azz to Joe's Crab shack, see Ocean Grill feel like they have black ... read more
Great atmosphere, Good Vibes. Service was ok ...one waitress was not helpful and sped past me without asking if I've been helped but the others made up for her very poor Customer Service Skills. .. Drinks were fixed just right and DJ Dr Doom had me shaking something that I don't usually shake because i'm not the best at dancing lol!
Went for a birthday and ended up with a 35$ Bill for two drinks plus gratuity. Ate one app. Then the people we were with one had to get something out of the car and when he tried to reenter got charged ten bucks. Be mindful the food hadnt even been paid for. How freaking stupid. I wouldnt waste my time ever again. 2hrs to get food and drinks and wonder why ppl dont come back. Yall need new management and more servers.
