I had a great time. Tina was a good server and the ambiance was good. Live Reggae was the best part.
Went for my friends birthday and we had a blast..things were slow at first but after midnight things picked up and the unlimited drinks kicked in. The food was decent n brought out super hot which was awesome since it was a little chilly. Our server was Marcus and he was so sweet n Thee Best, he kept checking on us and made sure we had a great time.
We had the $2 tacos and $3 margaritas. They were delicious. Service was great too.
I used to love this bar. They destroyed it. What ??
Customer service was horrible. Bathrooms dirty. Drink special price changed when we ordered. Drinks were in the smallest cup and watered down so your pretty much standing at the bar waiting for your drink and not enjoying anything else. I could go on but i will just say we WILL NOT be returning again and if ever asked i will not recommend this place to anyone.
This place gets a ZERO! The worst experience I've ever had in my life. From the wobble tables the waiter forgot about us. After flagging him down he comes and says the kitchen is backed up there's a wait on yall food we look at him like, what are u talking about WE NEVER ORDERED! Just a damn shame! I will NEVER step foot in that hell hole. ALL THUMBS DOWN!!!!
If you are looking for a great restaurant in the Jacksonville area just off the ocean this is the place for you! The staff couldn't have been more courteous and the food was delicious. I recommend their basket of fish, shrimp, and scallops. Simply amazing. They even host live entertainment which was a real treat. If I'm ever in the Jacksonville again I will surely stop by the Ocean Grille and Bar for another round.
