Worst experience I have ever had as a paying customer with a night club. Horrible service from "managers". I was disrespected and called a bitch by security.On top of all that they charge 18% gratuity on what's already over priced food, without your knowledge. I would NEVER go back to this horrible place.

It was not what I expected !!! A lot of young kids bouncing around the club
Went there today for lunch and no one ever came to our table to even greet us! Waited 15 minutes then my fiancé went to the bar to see if we should order there. The bartender said someone would come and never did. Employees passing our table without even acknowledging. Ended up walking out because we couldn't get service.
My son, exhusband and I went today around 1:30. The service was ok but the food took over 30 minutes to come out! It was really NOT that busy at all, not sure what the damn problem was. My ex had the gator app, small portion for the price 13.99, my sons burger was dried out with no flavor at all. My mahi rice dish was pretty good but for 16.99 it damn well should have been awesome.
