Highly recommend!!! the staff is truly awesome and always willing to help. The therapists are incredibly dedicated and genuinely invested in their patients’ progress and achievements, which really shows. On top of that, the building is always clean and well-maintained, thanks to the hardworking custodian.
Rude front desk receptionist. Will send passive emails and phone calls to address confirmed appointments . Got a talking tablet for my son was sent to wrong address didn’t verify address with me , then insurance wouldn’t fund because they never sent the evaluation, 6 months later and they still don’t have the right insurance to fund it and now having to return . I have been coming here since my son was in kindergarten, I absolutely love the staff! The therapist that we have seen unfortunately have left to pursue other opportunities for their work but we do miss them. The front desk staff have been very helpful and understanding with certain things that you may ask. Kysha does a fantastic job scheduling when this place can get a little noisy, Lettish I can say has been here from the beginning of my sons therapy and has helped alot with my sons scheduling his therapy and asking if I w... read more
JUST GRADUATED!!!! these 4 years were the best experience for my daughter. I loved see her growing and evolving to her better self accompanied by Solange, Elizabeth, Kara and last but not least Erika.
