I don't have the defenses ouself here but . The first chip is very little n it happen sometime with the gel colors sometime the way we use our hand . . We always willing to fix no charge . If u change a completely new color u have to paid for it . But we willing to give u discount! And we did . When I take a look at ur nails there nothing bad except that two fingers. Very hard to find a salon that does silk wrap. Tonya is great, went out of her way to make sure nails were perfect. Highly recommend 1stLady Nails. Each customer is acknowledged immediately as they enter, excellent customer service.

Worst experience ever. Filed my nails almost to my nail bed, hurt like he11. Went back 2 days later as one nail fell off, was treated like crap when I went back. Had to go to a new place and gave everything done over, wait for healing time. Horrible job. Dangerous place. RUDE employees.
Very nice did a great job!! Would recommend and definitely would go back again.
