I love going to first Lady nail spa. Thuan does my nails and I have been happy.

I had a horrible expirence with this salon. When I started to get my nails done when the tips were starting to get glued on the lady doing my nails got up and walked away because two gentlemen came in and she brought them in and helped them and left me at her chair. When she came back it was twenty minutes later. She put the rest of the tips on and did the acrylic over them. She rushed putting the acrylic on and didn't ask me if they were how I liked them. Service was rushed, technician was aggressive, customer service all around was poor. Never returning!!!

I go to First Lady nail salon ever month and I love brain does my nails and Lin does my feet there are the best place to go I've gone so other places and I always go back to Frist Lady and I will stay going into I move away. Its so relaxing you feel good. Brain and his wife and Lin are the best I am so glad I found this place.
