I have been going there on and off for years and have always had good experiences. This last time I wanted my gel nails relatively short secondary to my profession. I had to ask the nail technician four times to shorten them, and by the fourth time, she gave me an attitude, filed them a little, which did nothing, and started talking to the girl next to her in Vietnamese. She was exceptionally rude. I will never go back.
Horrible experience and would never return there again. Had to redo my own nails when I came home after 2.5 hours there.
Avoid this place !!!!!! I came in here with my niece and my daughter. I asked for a pedicure and acryclic nails. The nail technician cut my toe and ripped my nail off . As im bleeding into the tub she doesn’t even check if I’m okay just continues to go about trying to finish my nails as fast as possible .
